This website is the portfolio of Clifford Francisco, a software engineer based in Naga, Philippines. This policy explains what information I collect when you use the site, why I collect it, and the choices you have. I keep it short because I collect very little.

Who is responsible for your information

I, Clifford Francisco, am responsible for the personal information collected through this site. You can reach me about anything in this policy at clifford@fordytechsolutions.com.

What I collect

I only collect information you choose to send me:

• Contact form: your name, email address, country, and message, plus your company name if you add it.
• Email: whatever you include when you email me directly.
• Call bookings: if you book a call, you do it on Calendly, which collects the details it asks for under its own privacy policy.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any other tool that follows you around the web. The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep it running securely.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss work we might do together, and keep a record of that conversation. I don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, I rely on your request to be contacted, and on my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, as the legal basis for this.

Services that handle it for me

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
• Google (Gmail) stores the emails I receive.
• Calendly handles call bookings.

These services may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages for as long as I need them to respond and follow up, and for the length of any work we do together. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how I use it, or withdraw your consent. Email me at clifford@fordytechsolutions.com and I will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
